• Lay around on a Beach’s with River Frontage
• Star Gazing: Look at the Stars on non Cloudy Nights (Remember we are in a Valley with no Light Pollution)
• Bring a Rod and or a Net or we can provide here to do some Fishing, The River has Trout, Eels, Crayfish and Whitebait when in season
• Go Walking in the ferns and tracks on the Property 16 Acres
• If you need something maybe as the Host resides in the Kauri House on the Property may be able to assist, ask for Lily
• View all the Birds that reside or come to the Retreat: Tui’s, Pidgeon’s, Puukko’s, Fantails, Ducks and many other Bird Life
• View the Heritage Chickens and may be attain fresh Eggs for Breakfast
• Go to our Swimming Holes and enjoy total relaxation
• Use one of the Riverside BBQs or have a Picnic Lunch listening to River whilst watching the Rapid’s
• Go Canoeing down the River to Thames or Public Swimming Holes we can organize get you Back to the Retreat
